Edinburgh traffic: Debris on M8 in West Lothian after collision near Livingston

Drivers have been asked to take care when driving on the M8 in West Lothian, after a collision during rush-hour.

Police were called to the single-vehicle crash, which took place on the M8 between Junction 3 and Junction 3a, Newbridge, at around 8.40am on Friday, July 1.

The road is open, but motorists were warned that there may be debris on the carriageway by Traffic Scotland.

A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed that no-one was injured in the crash, and that there will be no further action taken.
