JUST a mere five minutes away from the iconic Michelin-starred Restaurant Martin Wishart lies his latest venture – his very own Cook School.
The specialist school – run by Martin himself – offers a wide variety of cookery courses, practical classes and interactive demonstrations, housed within the professional state-of-the-art kitchens. Gordon Ramsay (a fan of Martin Wishart's cooking) would be proud.

If you can't afford a practical class or want to find out more, the Cook School is holding an exclusive open night next Wednesday (July 30), from 6.30pm until 8.30pm, when guests will be able to see inside the school and sample some of the most popular dishes at a fraction of the normal price.

The evening costs £35 per person (instead of £130) and includes a complimentary glass of wine and canapes upon arrival, followed by a demonstration by the highly-skilled chef tutors and a taster lesson.

There will be an opportunity to taste the dishes and recipe cards will be given out on the night. For more information or to reserve a place, telephone 0131-555 6655.

Cook School, 14 Bonnington Road, Leith.
