The following business news is expected tomorrow:
• Transport group Arriva is due to publish its half-year results. Analysts expect the company, one of Europe's largest transport services businesses, to see profits in the full year grow to £157.5 million, compared to £115.8m last year.

• Royal rat catcher Rentokil Initial is also due to unveil its half-year results. It warned earlier this year that delivery business arm City Link will make "significant" losses this year. Interim figures are also due from advertising firm WPP.

• On the economic front, the latest gross domestic product data is due to be published.
