THE following business news is expected tomorrow:
Food group Heinz is due to announce earnings for the second quarter of its financial year. The company said in August that sales had increased by 15 per cent in its first quarter and predicted that it would achieve a year of "impressive growth". Sales of its "top 15" brands increased by 16.6 per cent, including robust growth in Russia, Poland, China, India, the Middle East and Latin America.

&#149 Among the other companies due to post results are Fuller Smith & Turner and Top Ten Holdings, which are lined up for interim results, while United Drug is due to post finals.
