A GROUP challenging male dominance in the corporate recovery sector is to hold an informal event in the Capital.
The R3 Scottish Women in Insolvency Group (SWIG) was set to hold the event today in the offices of law firm Burness, on Lothian Road.

It will feature comedy from Edinburgh Fringe act Wendy Wason, star of the show Things I Didn't Know I Didn't Know.

SWIG was set up by Deloitte insolvency expert Judith Howson in 2005. She said: "Over the last three years, SWIG has grown from strength to strength and women in the industry are reaping the benefits.

"These events offer women the chance to develop their relationships with contacts and establish new ones and we have received a tremendous amount of positive feedback."
