Oh what a shame, what will we do?

Looks good but I am sure most of us would appreciate the money being spent better elsewhere...

Having said that East Lothian Council are clueless. This is the council that DO NOT want local industry. At a recent conference they stated that they wanted more tourism and had made a choice to deter industry.
