POLICE are growing increasingly concerned about the welfare of a 42-year-old man who has not been seen since last month.
David Calaghan has been missing since Tuesday October 28 when he was seen in the Lochend area of Edinburgh.
He subsequently failed to turn up for an appointment and hasn't been seen since.
He is described as a white male, 6ft, slim build, blue eyes, with short red hair and a full red beard.
He has not been in contact with his friends or family for some time, and police say they are very concerned about his welfare.
Mr Calaghan enjoys travelling and walking and it is possible that he may have travelled to the countryside.
Anyone with information should contact Lothian and Borders Police on 0131 311 3131, or Crimestoppers in confidence and complete anonymity on 0800 555 111.
