Midlothian’s oldest and largest local festival returned last weekend after last year’s postponement due to Covid-19.

Loanhead Children’s Gala Day 2021 was held on Saturday, as Scotland finally begins to move out of restrictions imposed to help stop the spread of the pandemic, and communities can come together again.
