HEARTS captain Christophe Berra admits he found playing the might of Argentina a steep learning curve – but one he accepts in order to become a fixture in the Scotland side.
"It doesn't matter how significant the game was, it's another feather in my cap because it's an honour for me playing for Scotland," he said. "Hopefully I can build on this and keep on improving."

Berra, brought on after 75 minutes of last night's 1-0 defeat at Hampden, was full of admiration for Diego Maradona's side with Carlos Tevez in great form.

"Their forward movement was superb and all you can do is learn from it," he said. "Playing even for a short time against them was a great experience. Hopefully, I can use this kind of experience to help me at club level with Hearts."

You deserve your chance Chris'. you will have many more meaningfull games to come. Your faster, better in the air and more skillfull than caldwell and Weir is nearing retirement.

McManus and berra can form a good partnership at the back for Scotland for a good few years.
